Sadly with depleted soil through industrialised agriculture and factory farming, prevalence of ultra processed foods with synthetic flavouring and chemicals, many calories are consumed with no nutrition. Additionally, they monopolise our micronutrient stores in order to metabolise and detox.

Tammie Tsang
I’m a certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and professional chef, and I’m here to show you that nutritious food can be genuinely satisfying. My work brings together science-based nutrition and professional culinary training—because I believe great flavor and robust nutrition should always go hand in hand.
I earned my certification at Bauman College in California, a leading institution in holistic nutrition and culinary arts since 1989. I also trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, the premier health-supportive culinary school for chefs.
Over the years, I’ve worked in mission-driven kitchens like Blue Hill at Stone Barns (2 Michelin stars) and the James Beard House in New York, as well as Hong Kong’s Grassroots Pantry.
My goal is to help people feel confident and inspired in the way they nourish themselves through food that supports both health and enjoyment.
